Steps

The first thing that we need to do is click the lower-left corner of the screen to open up the start menu

In the start menu, we need to locate and click the Weather application icon
.

When the Weather application loads, we need to click the "Historical Weather" icon on the left side of the window
.
Below the graph, we will have information on "Record High", "Record Low", "Average Rainfall", and so on. In this video, we are looking at October.

If we are interested in January, we need to click the drop-down menu below the graph and select the month
.
When we click "January", we will see that the information on "Record High", "Record Low", and "Average Rainfall" will be changed. We will be viewing temperature.

We can also see the rainfall information by clicking the "Rainfall" icon in the upper-right corner of the window

Now, we can see the same type of information about rainfall.
