In the step: "Tap "Notification Panel"." Some Samsung Galaxy S3 devices do not carry this option?
In the step: "Tap "Notification Panel"." Some Samsung Galaxy S3 devices do not carry this option.
Yes, some Samsung Galaxy S3 devices do not have that kind of option. Many of the other S3 devices are not actually Samsung devices, but they are fakes from a different courier. It is a clone of the Samsung Galaxy S3. Since they are just clones, the setting are different and do not include all the settings available on the actual phone. These options are mostly only available on the original copy of Samsung Galaxy S3.
Some Samsung Galaxy S3 devices do not carry this option. I mean the "Notification Panel"
It would be impossible that the notification panel is not present in some Samsung Galaxy S3. The notification panel is a basic feature for all Android devices. It's where you can customize shortcuts to other settings. The Notification Panel can be found on top of the screen where your clock, and other small icons, can be found. You need to tap and hold the screen where you tap then drag it down to view the Notification Panel. Again, this panel is available on all Android devices, no matter what brand you have for you mobile device.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Notification Popups while in sleep mode?
Is it possible to get notifications to pop up on the screen, even in sleep mode? I need to have calendar notifications to pop up on the screen. They are being sent from IBM Verse calendar when a meeting is scheduled.. . They do show up in the notification bar at the top of the screen but I need it to pop up on the screen to make sure the notification has been set. I don't see anything about notifications displaying a popup. I have tried: Notification on. IBM Verse notifications on. Anything I could find that might effect notifications. I think it was caused by: No idea. I have tried everything I can find. Is there an app that can be downloaded that will work on the S3?
