Press the power button or open your phone to the main screen, swipe down for notifications panel for settings icon at the top-right of the phone (looks like a gear) or tap on APPS icon on main screen and tap on Settings icon

You will scroll down your phone till you find toolbox (under sound and display) you will see toolbox on the green icon

The toolbox is a little floating menu that you can move around, when you tap it, it will set icons for you based on your needs

Press the slider at the top right of your phone, have it turn green

The toolbox is a round circle that you can move anywhere on the screen and once you tap it, it will show specific applications that you use

You are limited to 5 icons within the toolbox, pick and choose 5 that you use all the time, tap on EDIT, the icons that are in the toolbox with have green check marks next to the application

If you have one or all of them that you do not use, uncheck it, and then check the box next to the application in which you would like to use the shortcut. You can use up to 5 but not obligated to put in 5 icons that you use.

Just by tapping the icon under the toolbox icon, you are able to access it from any screen

the phone will pull up the application in which you choose. Just hit the back button or home screen when you are finished with that certain APP.

The toolbox icon might be hidden by another icon, all you need to do is hold it and move it to where you will be able to see it so that it will be easier to locate and use
.
If you need to edit the applications within the toolbox you just need to drag it up on the main screen to edit and there you will be able to edit any of the applications that are in the toolbox

If you hold it while in the edit mode and move it up to the top of the screen and drag it to remove, it will remove the whole application of the toolbox
.
So you will need to repeat steps in order to add it again to your phone screen. APPS, Settings, and toolbox and selecting the top right icon to green will once again add it to you phone.
