* A faulty CPU connector or wrongly inserted CPU 4-pin connector. Make sure you have plugged it in correctly, not upside-down, as it is possible.
* Bent pins under the CPU in the socket. Shine a bright light to see if the shadows are even. If the pins are bent or not completely straight - straighten them.
* Too much power drainage. Your PSU must supply enough power to your components. For example, a weak 300 W PSU will not run a system with LGA 2011-3, i7, and Ge-Force Titan X in SLI;
* A faulty CPU.
* A faulty motherboard.

To exclude any faulty parts, use them in other systems or use other parts in your system to test them. For example, use a PSU on another working system.
