== Steps ==

# To unlock the phone, press down on the screen and swipe up. Once the phone has been unlocked, we'll see the home screen. At the bottom, there will be icons. # We need to open up the Applications folder. To do that, we need to press the icon at the bottom of the home screen, in the middle. It looks like a grid of white dots. # In this folder, we need to find the Photos application. It is located here. There is an icon of a windmill shape, made up of different colors. Underneath, there is the word "Photos". Our Photos application may be in different positions within this folder. We'll need to find it, and then press down on the icon to enter the application. # In here, we need to find the "Settings" menu. To do that, we need this icon located in the top left-hand corner of the screen. It looks like three gray horizontal lines. # Now that we are in the "Settings" menu, we want the option that says, "Google Drive: Show Google Drive photos & videos in your Photos library". What this means, is that this option will allow us to see all of the files that we have on Google Drive. If we are uploading or backing files from our computer or other devices to Google Drive, then we will be able to see all of those files on this HTC One M8 as well. Currently, the option is deactivated. This is the default setting. The icon is gray.
