Screen mirroring allows you to use your TV as an extended screen for your Samsung Galaxy S4. It allows you to wirelessly transmit photos, videos, games, and anything on your phones screen to your TV wirelessly. You can directly connect to a Samsung Smart TV that's supported by the feature. If you have an HDTV that is not supported, you can still use Screen Mirroring by connecting your HDTV to an AllShare Cast Wireless Hub.

Follow the detailed procedures below to be able to connect your HDTV to the AllShare Cast Wireless Hub.

   Turn on your TV and the AllShare Cast Wireless Hub

   You can buy Allshare Cast from Samsung, from Amazon, or from eBay.

   Using an HDMI cable, connect your TV and your AllShare Cast Wireless Hub.

   Adjust the input on your HDTV based on the input of th HDMI cable

   Turn on your Samsung Galaxy S4.

   On your phone, press the Menu button

   A list of menus will appear

   Tap on Settings located at the bottom part of the menu.

   Under Settings, you will be shown with four tabs

   Connections, My device, Accounts and More. Tap on Connections Tab an go to Connect and Share. Tap on Screen Mirroring to configure screen mirroring.

   You are now on the Screen Mirroring page

   You will notice that the switch is set to OFF. This is the default status of screen mirroring. To turn it ON, simply tap on the switch. You can then proceed with Scanning.

   Your phone will now scan for available devices

   Tap on the device name for your Allshare Cast Wireless Hub.
