A battery may get stuck as it bulges a bit over time. You will need to replace such a battery as soon as possible. You can use nails or a piece of thin plastic. Be careful not to break the screen of the phone. If nothing works, then there are more solutions: take a double-sided duct tape and spread it across the battery. Take an object with a handle and a large square that can cover the battery wholly and attach it to the upper side of the duct tape. Pull the battery up gently and slowly. You can also use superglue, but add only a drop of it in the middle of the battery (you will have to throw the battery out afterwards).
