The first time that you will use your Samsung Galaxy S5, you need to set it up. Setting up of the device is easy since you will be guided by the phone. All you need to do is follow with the on-page instructions. Initial set up is not required; in fact, you can skip the procedures and use your device right away. However, it is advised that you perform the setup procedures. This is to keep you from doing the same procedures in the future. To the unfamiliar, associating the phone with online accounts is not easy.

On the first time that you power on your device, you will be taken to the Welcome screen

Select your preferred language and choose the accessibility settings.

Enable your WiFi by switching the WiFi button (upper-right button on the screen) to the right to turn it on

You will now be taken to the EULA and Diagnostic Data page

Read and understand the end user's license agreement and put a checkmark on the checkbox below it if you agree to all the terms. Also, read the consent to provide diagnostic and usage data; if you confer to it, put a tick mark on "Yes", and else disagree by ticking on "No thanks".
- After agreeing with the EULA and Diagnostic Data, tap on Next to proceed to the next page.

On the "Got Google" page, associate a Google account with your phone
.
Tap on "Yes" if you have a Google account or "No" if you do not have yet. Tapping on No will take you to the "Create a new Google account" page, follow the procedures on-screen to successfully Easily Create a Google Account on Samsung Galaxy S5.
- After tapping "Yes" or after creating your own account, you will be taken to the "Sign in" page.

You are now on Google services page where you can allow Google to back up your data by ticking on the Backup and Restore check box

You will be asked to enter your name

On the Samsung account page, tap on "Sign in" button if you already have a Samsung account or "Create a new account" if you wish to have a new Samsung account

On the backup and restore page, you will be given an option to restore data from another phone using the same Samsung account

You can also choose to perform Auto backup on your device by ticking on the appropriate box. Tap on the Next button to get to the next page.

If you have chosen to Back and restore your device, a prompt will show saying that your data will be backed and restored

Select your device model that you want to restore and backup by ticking on the corresponding tick box beside the device name

Diagnostic Data Consent Yes/No?

Hi, just setting up my S5 and I'm not entirely sure what information the Diagnostic Data consent includes, and can't find a more solid answer online. Basically I'm unsure if I should accept or decline.
