Let's get started. Vaseline is very thick and it works very well when you're doing scrubs, facial scrubs or hand scrubs. It will soften the damaged skin.

So the sugar will remove the dead cells of your lips

If you have cracked lips, the Vaseline will heal it. If you were to use salt on cracked lips it would give you unpleasant feelings, it will just hurt and burn your lips. So if you have cracked lips the sugar will work the best for you. Sugar will the remove the dead skin off and Vaseline will smooth it, and after applying the scrub, don't forget to use your favorite lip balm.

So let's start. I will need a tablespoon - almost a tablespoon - of honey. I'm using raw honey because it's thicker and it keeps all the vitamins and micro-elements.

You can buy it from the nearest farmer's market, or you can order it from Amazon

There are several companies that actually do deliver raw honey and it's real and it's (I'm honestly saying this) great! So, I will need to get a fresh spoon for this much of sugar. I would say to the 1/3 of a big tablespoon, or a full-sized tablespoon.

Let's put it on. the scrub works really good when you have really, really rough skin that you want to get rid of. I applied it gently in circular motions and after you wash it off you will notice how different the scrub is from everything else.

Some of them are less abrasive and are more soft and the sea salt scrub is the strongest scrub. OK you could go with a honey scrub or brown sugar scrub when your lips are not as bad and sea salt is for when you have really rough lips and you have dead skin on your lips and such. So I'm going to rinse this off.
