Howiki Tips and Tricks

  • Calls may only be made when there is enough network signal in your area.
  • Call quality may depend on your area's network signal and on your partner's network signal.
  • Charges may be applied to calls. Additional charges may be applied on conference calls, please check this with your local network service provider.
  • If you are on an unlimited calls service to a network provider, knowing when to use Fixed Dialing Number (FDN) Feature on your phone may save you large amounts of call charges.
  • For longer calls, it is advisable to use a headset instead of putting your phone to your ears for long periods as this may cause some physical strains on your arms and neck muscles.
