Navigate to https://system.ait-themes.club
.
In this video, a premium theme is used. The same method also works for a free theme.

To continue, scroll to the theme you want and click "Download" under it

Enter your user name and password

Click the "SIGN IN" button once you've entered your information

The theme will automatically start to be downloaded.

Once the download has been finished, navigate to /wp-admin/index.php on your site

Move the cursor to "Appearance" on the menu of your WordPress web site

Next, click "Add New" in order to add a new theme

Select the folder into which the theme has been saved

Find the file

After selecting the file, click "Open" in the lower-right corner of the window

Then, click "Install Now"

Near the bottom of the window, you will see the progress of the download. Once the theme has been installed, a window will appear that will inform you that the theme has been installed successfully.

You can click "Live Preview" or "Activate"

Let's click "Activate" to activate the theme. In this case, a message reading that the memory limit is too low appears. Please refer to our VisiHow tutorial on how to increase the PHP memory limit for DreamHost.

Click "Continue"

Now, when you visit your web site, you should see that the new theme has been installed.
