Export Your Microsoft Excel Workbook or Sheet to a PDF File

Hello and welcome to VisiHow.  In this video, I am going to show you how to export a workbook on Microsoft Excel 2013 as a PDF document.  We would want to do this in cases where we would like to send our excel file, but the recipient does not have Microsoft Excel.  Also, this would be helpful in cases where you would like to send a file and do not want it to be altered to protect the document.  There are two ways we can do this. == Steps ==

# We are then going to select "Export" [[Image:_How_To_Export_Your_Ms_Excel_Workbook_Or_Sheet_To_A_Pdf_File.mp4-canvas52_7.jpg|center]]
# When we do that, we have the option to create a PDF document or XPS. Click that option. [[Image:_How_To_Export_Your_Ms_Excel_Workbook_Or_Sheet_To_A_Pdf_File.mp4-canvas56_42.jpg|center]]
# Once we click on that, we can save the file as a PDF under "Save as type". [[Image:_How_To_Export_Your_Ms_Excel_Workbook_Or_Sheet_To_A_Pdf_File.mp4-canvas70_298.jpg|center]]
# Once it gets to that state, just click "Publish".  It will take a moment or two after which we will see the file converted to a PDF.  All of the information and formatting are the same.  It is just not editable.  This is good for sharing with people that do not wish the content to be edited. # That is how we create or export a workbook or document into PDF document.  We can also export it and email it as a PDF document as well from the program.
