This Tool is great, it enables you to link to your Mobile SD card over WiFi and manage files and whole folders through FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Files can easily be transferred from mobile to mobile without having to use a Laptop or your personal computer. You can transfer your files directly from Android to iPhone, for instance, by using AirBlue.
AirBlue is one kind of technology that uses Bluetooth connectivity on the iOS and Android OS to make file transfers fast, easy, convenient and effective. Just follow these guidelines step by step to transfer the files effectively from mobile to mobile without the use of a Laptop.

# From the home screen of the devices, tap on "Apps."
# From the apps folder, tap on the Bluetooth on each device.
# Activate AirBlue on the device to which you want to transfer the files.
# Go to the menu on the device with the files to be transferred.
# Tap on "Files" from the device.
# Tap on the file that you want to transfer.
# Select "Transfer file via AirBlue" and tap the OK button, then wait a moment.
# The device that should be receiving the file will ask for verification to receive the file.
# Accept the files and wait for them to load, which should only take a few seconds.

==Can you transfer from Laptop/PC to mobile and instructions== 

With today's technology you can also copy and transfer files from your Laptop to a mobile device. It is possible to connect your Laptop to a Bluetooth enabled mobile device by following the instructions below. These basic steps may vary slightly for certain mobile devices. 
You must first connect to your Bluetooth so that it is recognized by the Laptop. The setup takes about 15 minutes or less. It depends on whether you have a built-in or external Bluetooth adapter. By connecting, or "pairing," a Laptop with your mobile device by Bluetooth, you can not only go online using it, but you can transfer files, music, photos and videos from your Laptop to your mobile device. 

# Ensure that your Laptop has Bluetooth capability. If it is not built in, you can acquire an external Bluetooth. It's easy to figure out if you have it built in. You can just check for a Bluetooth icon on your taskbar, or click on Start > Control Panel > Programs, and see if Bluetooth is listed in the folder.
# Activate the Bluetooth on your mobile device from the "Settings" menu. You then have an option for setting it to be "visible."
# On the Laptop, right-click the Bluetooth icon. Select "Add a new connection or device." It will promptly search for pairing with another device. 
# Your mobile device will appear shortly. Select it for pairing with the Laptop. 
# Next it may request a PIN code. Create a four-digit matching code for both devices when prompted. 
# Wait a few moments until paired. Now you can transfer files from your Laptop to your mobile device. You have two ways to transfer the files: 1) At "Applications," go to "Context Menus," or 2) Right-click a file, and look for "Send to Bluetooth."

Unless you can recover the password through a registered email address, then your only option is to Factory Reset the device.

1. First power the phone off 

2. Press either the Volume Up + Home + Power,

Volume Down + Power, Home + Power. If the phone doesn't boot with these combinations then you should do a search for the exact phone model's Factory Reset combination. 

3. Once phone boots up, use the volume keys to move through the menu and find Factory Reset

4. Once you have located Factory Reset option, use the power button to select it, then just wait for phone to reset itself.

If you have a local network at home already. You can simply install a Filezilla on your computer as your FTP server, this is for you to transfer files from one device to the other. If you do not know how to set a server using File Zilla, you may refer to the steps below on how you can set an FTP server:

1. Download the client from the given link above then install it after. During the installation, make sure that you select "Install as service, started with Windows (default)" then the port number should be on "14147". If in case those we different, just change them as mentioned.

2. After the Installation, look for the Filezilla program on your computer and run it. You will see there a Server IP address and port IP, you can specify the Server Address there that is in range of the IP address of your DHCP server at home or leave it as 127.0.0.1 and leave the port as 14147 (Although you can change it to your preferred port number but it is best to leave it as it is). Make your own password and make sure that you remember what password you have typed in in case you forgot it.

3. Once you have the server up on screen, click the "Edit" on you the client and hit on Groups. Now, click on the Add button for you to create a group and name it to the name you wanted. You need also to specify which folder you wanted to be shared or accessible to all users within the group that you made. Simply click on OK 

once you are done configuring your group. To create user, do the same thing on how you created a group. Click the "Edit" still then select "Users" this time and make a name and so on. Normally, it generates its own user name and a blank password, so you can rename the name you wanted and create a password.

4. After the configuration of your group nor to the users. For you transfer files from one device to another, like Android to computer or computer to Android. You need to know the IPv4 address of the device you wished to receive the file and be sent there. Just like in computers or Windows based, you can do an IPCONFIG on a command prompt or check the Network and Sharing center properties of the WLAN or LAN adapter to know what is the IP address.

Using this FileZilla client, you can simply make an FTP server to upload or download some data. On your client, just click the "Site Manager" open from the Menu tab. If it ask for some information then enter them, if for local only you need to use the IP address of the device in the host field under the general tab. On the logon type, make sure that you have it on Normal then enter the user name and password (If there is any) to the user then hit on connect. The FileZilla records all action that you made on your computer host when transferring and receiving from. It will record the User Name, IP address and the speed of the transfer.

The FileZilla is just a simple program that you can install and have an FTP server within your local network or even outside your own local network.
