== Steps ==
# The first thing that we want to do is open the application. We'll see the normal landing page. On the right side of the screen, we can see the different templates available. This should be done if we have an idea of what we want and want to find something good available to save time. # We will then see the workbook that we can use by changing the information. This workbook already has formulas available, so if we change the values according to our own company values, we don't have to come up with the sum, for example, we just simply leave it the way it is and it will calculate according to the formula. # We can see that the numbers have changed accordingly. We can just go through and change all of the information and treat it like any other workbook. We can also add sheets, just like we were working with a blank workbook. We can add images, clipart, and that sort of thing. Don't forget that this is a new document even though it's a template.
