Change the Home Screen Mode on Samsung Galaxy S4

The Home screen is where you will have access to Samsung Galaxy S4's features. This feature may be compared to a door if Samsug Galaxy S4 is a house. Normally, home screens display the icons, widgets, application shortcuts, menus and others. Those are the things that you will usually find on your phone thought it may be customized based on the user's preferences.
"If you are a native Android user,any home screen from any Android OS may be very familiar to you and it may only taker you a few minutes to know the functions of each icon or menu. You also know the possible things to do should there be a specific feature or command that you want to use."

Changing Home Screen Mode
Samsung Galaxy S4 has two screen modes; the standard and the easy mode. In easy mode, you can add shortcuts to the home screen so you can easily access your favorite applications and settings. To change home screen mode:
Change Home Screen to Easy Mode
- 1Go to your Home Menu
- 2Tap on the Applications icon
- 3On the Applications folder, tap on Settings (gear icon)
- 4On Settings,tap on My Device
- 5Under My Device, tap on Home Screen Mode
- 6On Home Screen mode, tap on Easy mode
- 7Tap Apply
Change Home Screen to Standard Mode
- 1Go to your Home Menu
- 2Tap on the Applications icon
- 3On the Applications folder, tap on Settings (gear icon)
- 4On Settings,tap on My Device
- 5Under My Device, tap on Home Screen Mode
- 6On Home Screen mode, tap on Standard Mode
- 7Tap Apply
Tips Tricks & Warnings
- If you are already an Android user, it will always be good to use the standard mode.
- Do not be afraid to mes up with your phone. Easy mode should be understandable to you even if you are a first-time Android user.
