# Next, we need to go up and click on the settings icon. The settings icon is in the upper right-hand area of the screen and looks like a small gear. # We click 'Office 365 settings' to get to the 'Office 365 settings' menu. From the settings menu, we will be able to choose our theme in several ways, as we've discussed in another tutorial on VisiHow. # We can click on 'Me' to see the information on ourselves. There are our profile picture, our address, our organizational details, our account identifiers, and other information if we scroll up or down. There is no option to save them because they do not take effect until we log out of our account and log back in, which means that they are automatically saved as soon as we navigate off this particular tab, which is currently the 'Notifications' tab, to any of the other tabs. # In the event when we've entered the passwords that do not match, we make sure that we completely delete them both. We do not have to take chances because we can make the same spelling mistake on one of them, believing that we've done something correctly.
