Attach an iPhone 6 to an Exercise Armband with One Hand

You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we're going to show you how to attach an exercise armband using one hand.
The first thing we're going to need to do is take our exercise armband and lay it face down
The reason we're going to lay it face down is because the inner part is the section that will attach to our arm
Then we're going to take the long part of the strap and slide it through the hole
We can see that there is a hole in the armband. We're going to take the strap and slide it through the hole and then push it through.
We're just going to pull the strap up and attach it to the velcro on the other side
Next, we're going to make sure that it's secure
The reason for this is that if we don't and it's not secure, our phone will fall off and land in the floor. No one wants that.
Then, we're simply going to take one hand, take our other arm, and we're going to slide it through the exercise armband until it's up into an area that is comfortable
In this case, it would be up on the massive biceps.
Then we'll turn it towards us and pull the strap off
Next, tighten it up and pull it around through
Then stretch it around to the outside
Now, if we move our arm around, all Terminator-style, it's not going to fall off
This is how we put the armband on.
Then, we take our headphones
Instead of putting them in the bottom, we take the little piece at the top, and we pop the headphones in.
Just like that, we plug them into the top
Now that we have our headphones set up, we can listen to them
Our armband is attached, and we're ready to start getting rid of some of that winter fat.
