    We already have Photoshop open, and we have imported a video, as we can see on the "Timeline" at the bottom and as layers on the right-hand side
    .
    To find out how to import a video into Photoshop, search for another video tutorial on this website. Our video clip has also been converted to a smart object, which is necessary in order to apply a filter. We discuss how to do this on other videos as well.

    Once that is done, we should click on the layer we want to work with on the bottom right side

    This will bring up a pop-up window

    "Surface Blur" will take the image and blur everything within the edges. It is very useful for getting rid of any noise or dusty looking images, while keeping a generally focused image overall.

    The changes may not be as obvious, but we can change the "Radius" and "Threshold" to our preferences
