First, click "Filters" at the top left-hand side of the window
Then, move the cursor to "Noise"
Click "HSV Noise..." from the menu
A dialogue box will appear with a preview of the image.
You can click and drag the scrollbars and click arrows to navigate your image here
If you cannot see the preview image, please ensure that the "Preview" box inside the dialogue window is checked
Now, you can begin experimenting with your settings.
You can change the "Holdness" value by clicking and dragging the scrollbar
Alternatively, simply type the value that you want into the box on the right.
Next, you can change the "Hue", "Value", and "Saturation" values in the same way
The "HSV Noise" effect is particularly good for applying a vintage look to digital photography.
If you are satisfied with the settings, then click "OK" to apply them to your image
A green bar will appear to show that the changes are being applied.
