== Steps ==

# If the Google Keep icon isn't on the home screen, we can find it by tapping on the apps menu icon which is a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it. # To add a label, tap on the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This will open a pop-up box with some extra options. We can choose "Delete note", "Add label", "Make a copy", "Send", "Hide checkboxes", or "List settings". # Tap on the box to the right of the label we'd like to use. In this example, we're using "Inspiration". # Tap on the arrow in the top-left corner to go back to the edit area. The label will automatically save when we do this. As we can see in the bottom right corner, the label of "Inspiration" has been applied to this note. We still have "Delete note", "Make a copy", "Send", "Hide checkboxes", and "List settings", but our "Add label" note has changed to "Change labels".
