How do I get the OTG Flash Drive to open the Samsung Google Account Bypass APK from Rootjunkysdl.com website?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 I won from my work, but it is Google locked. I went to Rootjunkysdl.com to download the bypass apk to a OTG Flash Drive (has USB on one end, the other end is a Mini USB) but when I plug in the OTG Flash Drive to the Galaxy S5 the window does not automatically pop up which would normally enable me to go into settings and download from 3rd party applications download the apk then restart the device. Please help me see what I need to download onto the OTG Flash Drive that would enable me to force open the window in the screen that prompts you to type in the last known email address synced to the account, thank you.
