I can't get past number 4. I don't know how to do this. I'm trying to follow instructions but I'm getting what the steps tell you to do. I tried to activate the swift key but I didn't see it or step 6 and 7 ,. The swift key menu isn't coming up or the Google searh bar..please help

So I press the 1 2 3 on the left corner and there's no menu for options coming up?
