I am locked out of my tablet and I tried the reset and now its frozen in Fastboot mode?

I am locked out of my tablet and I followed the reset and now the tablet is frozen in Fastboot mode that's all that's happening can you unfreeze the tablet? My tablet is frozen after trying the power button It is frozen in Fastboot mode can you unlock it. I have tried: Powering the tablet off and then doing the reset the reset is frozen in Fastboot mode. I think it was caused by: Not sure not enough use of the tablet I really don't know my negligence in the use of the tablet

I reset my tablet I hit erase everything.now when it on it only show the battery app and Play Store app no password WiFi setting?
