My kid has a Crypto novapad 70s104 fc Tablet?

He has forgotten his pattern and no matter what we do we cannot even reset the Tablet

On the Crypto nova pad you are going to need to use the reset button on the bottom of the Tablet along with your power button on your device.

On the locked menu, enter the email address and password (Gmail) that you used to sync with your Google Play Store. You have to be connected to WiFi or data connection for this. If not, you will have to do a Hard Reset. :

• turn off device

• press the following:

power button

volume down (Up/Down or both)

• let go of power when you see the logo

• choose recovery mode

• choose wipe data/Factory Reset

• choose yes--delete user data

• choose reboot now

NOTE: This will delete all apps and data
