Win Souls for Christ

The greatest commission for the Christians is to win souls. Many Christians just pray and expect that Christ will bring harvesters into His harvest. Praying is not enough to bring people to church. Prayers are just a preparation for the great task. In the Bible, Romans 10:14-15, Apostle Paul asks, 'How will they know unless they are told....'
The first thing in Winning Souls for Christ is to pray
Prayer in this context has three levels.
- Praying for those you know are not born again.
- Praying for those you do not know.
- Praying for those are born again but are not comfortable with where they fellowship.
Use specific prayer requests to God
1
Request through prayer to stop every stronghold barricading the person not to receive Christ
.
2
Mention the obstacles that you know about that person in prayers that may stop him or her from receiving Christ
.
3
Refuse every desire of the enemy to stop the person from receiving salvation and many other prayer points
.
4
While praying for those that you do not know, ask the Holy spirit to direct you to them
.
5
Humbly intercede for the conviction and the Lord to open their eyes so that they may see their spiritual conditions
.
Praying for those who are born again
1
If they are not comfortable with where they fellowship, you need to identify the specific need
.
2
Pray together and work as a team on solving their challenges and not just drawing them to your fellowship
.
3
Ask for wisdom while assisting brothers and sisters who backslid through sinning or being injured by fellow stewards in their fellowships
.
4
Request help for those that are struggling in their personal walk with God
.
Action on your prayers
1
Use blessings offer the "come and see" approach at your church
.
2
Witness to them directly by showing the love and compassion of God through your verbal ministry to them
.
3
Trust in God that He will give you the right path for each individual person that you witness to
.
Sharing Your Testimony
1
Exhibit God in your life through daily tasks
.
2
Share what opened your eyes towards The Cross
.
3
Display your character in a way that reflects God's work in your life
.
4
Remind fellow Christians that your personal testimony is always a work in progress
.
