Transfer Files from Samsung Galaxy S4 to PC and Vice Versa

Hi I have a video on my S4 that is 2gb. I want to trim this and rotate?

You can use an app called VidTrim- Video Trimmer if you use Google Play. It can trim your videos using the said app. You can download it through your Google Play store or by going here:

It can also rotate your videos.

My S4 is seriously low on device memory & I MUST fix that by moving pictures & pdf to PC?

Some of these options, as in Kies I can't do since I don't have enough space to get the app. I was able & did get Airdroid so maybe I don't need your assistance. Give me your opinion.I want to move HUGE # of PDFs that are things I have downloaded to S4, having no clue that this could happen. I understand that now apps can't put stuff on SD card & I have a mostly empty 64mb SD card in S4- anyway I can move things there?
