The Swift key doesn't appear on my ZTE phone. What do I do?

I pressed the #123 and no setting menu came up. By the way my phone is a ZTE Z798BL?

An anti theft feature was activate when I reset my phone cause I forgot my pin # and now Google will not let me in cause I also forgot my login info. Its not the same model , the features might be different. I have tried: Tried to enter all the emails I could have used, and passwords but Google says it can not verify account. Tried calling ZTE customer service and tried changing the password but it can't verify the account I don't know what to do? I think it was caused by: When reset the phone I accidentally activate an anti theft feature all Android phones with a 5.1 or up have and this is why only the right info will deactivate this feature.

What if there is no settings key? What do I do? How do I find it? Is there any overt way?

Once the SwiftKey menu comes open there isn't a settings button for me to choose. There is not anything inside of that about there not being a settings button! So you tell me what is not covered!!!!
