Know if Someone Is Spying on My Phone

Where can I take my phone and computer to be checked if I am being spied on?

I am dating someone from a family with a lot of wealth. I have reason to suspect someone from their circle could be looking into my phone and online activity (tapped or remote app or something). My phone has a weird static noise much of the time, and my location on my computer has been off a lot in the past. I sound paranoid but I know they have done similar things to others and that is why I feel that it is likely. Is there someone I can take my stuff too to have it checked? This is a new question and this topic has not been covered. I have tried: I have downloaded a VPN, I have downloaded avast on my phone and computer and checked for malware/threats. I have done a factory reset, I have changed all of my passwords. Although... if they were on a remote session, couldn't they see what the passwords were being changed to. I think it was caused by: Strange and undue concern that I am some sort of liability. I am sure.
