When I hold down the menu symbol, the bottom part say complete setup fist?

When I hold menu button overlay' it does not go to Google menu, it states must complete setup first. What do I do next. I explained already why it doesn't bring up Google menu bar

When I hold down the home button it doesn't take me to Google. It just says complete setup first?

When I hold down the home icon it doesn't take me to Google like it says it will. It just keeps telling me to complete setup first. It's different than what's in the article because there is no answer to the question in the article. I have tried: Tried what was in the articles. Tried looking up different ways about doing it and he nothing. And I don't have access to the things I need to be able to use the tools they call for or the cables. I need away to do it without downloading anything or needing anything except the phone it's self. I think it was caused by: I don't know that's why I am asking you guys. I am running thin with patients for this phone. The person from whom I believe bought it from forget to tell me I would need there information to get back into the phone. All they cared about was making some$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The little man in the overlay menu it says that I have to complete setup to continue?

When I touch the little man the overlay menu appears but it is not doing anything when I touch and hold on the home icon. Is there any other way to bypass the Google after a factor reset. I have tried: Everything that I have seen on YouTube. YouTube videos go to fast for me to keep up. I've tried a dozen ways to unlock my phone and keep getting stuck. on this sites advice, it tells me to complete setup when I press the home icon on the accessibilty shortcut?

I've tried the accessibility shortcut it doesn't work I've tried the language settings I don't have anything but they LG keyboard so I can't use the Google settings and when I have a hard reset the phone it just keeps bring me back to the pinlock or the Google lock
