Questions and Answers

When I connect my Samsung Galaxy S5 to my Dell laptop it only recognizes the camera, not the media. What can I do?

Also when I plug my phone into the USB port a window pops up so I click download and it fails every time.

Just like every other Android phone, your Samsung Galaxy S5 requires specialized drivers to be installed on your Dell Windows laptop in order for you to be able to transfer files back and forth between both devices. Since you have a Samsung device, installing these drivers -- and a great application that will help you sync, transfer, and backup your files from both devices -- is very easy. You will just need to download and install Samsung Kies 3 on your Dell laptop. Click here to download and install the latest version of Samsung Kies 3. Once the application is installed on your laptop, plug your Samsung Galaxy S5 into your computer, follow Kies' onscreen instructions, and then your phone will be connected to your laptop to allow you to transfer, sync, and backup files between both devices.

Why isn't being recognized by my computer?

My S5 doesn't recognize that it is being plugged to a computer
