Choose clothing colors that complement your skin tone

What tones in neutrals and browns can I wear ? fairly light skin, green eyes light hair color?

I am considered neutral but ivory is better blues clear reds etc soft teals and etc confusion. Neutral tone vs cool or warm or am I wrong in defining my tones. I have tried: Nothing really but use ivory and do wear white shirts as well. I think it was caused by: Turning 60 feel black is washing me out in suits adding blue now
