What should I do my phone request to enter privic protection password?

After lost my SIM card I did not use my phone for long time .I just kept like that with my password, then I get anew SIM I meant to use again my phone but I forgot my password I try to hard reset my phone after reset my phone request the privacy protecting password . can you help my problem please? my mobile name is Exmarts

I changed a SIM and now it says that I should enter the privacy protection password. I entered the old SIM. but facing the same issue. and I've got a messages to my mom's number, says that my phone is stolen.. please help me.
