What if it doesn't give a next option after killing the WiFi and it says "couldn't sign in"?

I followed steps until it gets to the couldn't sign in. It gives me the screen saying can't sign in, but doesn't give me the option to continue or "NEXT". It just tells me to go back to WiFi options

I turned off the WiFi and don't get a 'next' option?

I turned off the WiFi after accepting the conditions and got the "couldnt sign in" message due to no WiFi connection, but I don't get a 'next' option on the screen. Just the message. Sort of hit a road block at this point. . Any suggestions? No Next option is given on my screen. If there was, I could continue and not have to use this chat option.
