What do I need to do when step 7 is not working for me to reset the phone?

I can't get past step 7 on the instructions to bypass the FRP lock for my preowned LG stylo 4 I recently purchased online. I did everything its saying to do but it says to complete setup before I can get passed that step. I don't see anything about the LG stylo 4 anywhere only for older LGs

How do I bypass the good verification on my phone after it was reset?

I have gotten to the step in the accessibility menu where you hold down the home button but it will not let me proceed without completing setup. The home button in the motor and cognition section of accessibilities will not let me proceed until I complete setup

I did what it says an it tells me to either complete the setup or does nothing at all? It's tell me to finish the setup or does nothing at all. What can I do?

Why can't I get on setting when I type it on browser it brings me to WiFi?

Every time I type settings ot pops up the WiFi thing and that is it it won't let me get on the setting. When I type settings it sometimes show setting icon when I click on it it only brings me to WiFi. I have tried: Clicking on WiFi site settings trying to download it but it won't let me install anything because I need to turn on unknown source. I think it was caused by: I don't know something is wrong with the setting app I am trying to get on unknown source
