What can I try to free my left vocal cord from full paralysis or the right partial paralysis?

My left vocal cord is fully paralyzed in the closed position. My right is partially paralyzed in mostly closed position. Also, this became an issue 3.5 weeks after heart attack, coma, and intubation. My vocal cords are paralyzed on left in the closed position and on the right partial paralysis in closed position. I have tried: Recent diagnosis so no treatment as of yet. Had a major heart attack leading to ventilation. I think it was caused by: Had a direction of the left anterior descending heart attack. 15 min of CPR amd difibulatipn. Hypothermic coma and sedation for7 days
