Hard reset your Android phone or tablet when you forget the passcode or lock pattern

What can I do now it won't work nothing works and this is my you guys are my only shot?

I've tried the volume up and power have tried going down and power all three try try going back in and it's not working. Nothing is working I would really just heard it off turn it back on powered it off and held on Power and volume up volume down nothing worked power volume up and down nothing worked and I don't have a reset button. I have tried: I've tried volume up and power button, volume down and power button, volume down and power button, and I don't have a reset button. I think it was caused by: I have this one I was for it still works everything works and I forgot my password since I was four so it's been like 12 years since I was on this and I found it in it was at 5% and I can on the charger and now it's at 65 and I've tried everything you guys said to

It worked at the begining but now it won't let me chose anything?

It shows the screen and says "volume_up to select and volume_down is okay but it won't let me chose one
