Moreover, we almost do everything using our hands. When we meet new people, we shake their hands. When we see objects, we feel them by touching their surfaces. When we see adorable pets, we use our hands to pet them. This only proves that our hands are exposed to everything and more, especially germs and bacteria - germs that can cause sickness and diseases. In line with this, we should be careful because not only are we endangering ourselves, but we can also expose our loved ones once we make contact with them. That is why it is a good habit to wash your hands regularly and properly. This will reduce the risk of passing germs and bacteria by our hands. Here are some tips and instructions on how to wash your hands in a correct manner.

Wash, Wash, Wash

Use disinfectant soap and clean water when washing your hands. If soap and water is not available, use hand sanitizers that have at least 60 percent alcohol. It can reduce the germs in your hands, but this is not recommended since it doesn't completely kill the germs and bacteria.
