    To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

    Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen

    Swipe to the right to enter your passcode

    As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

    Find and tap on the Pinterest application, which has a red and white icon with a white "P" inside of a red circle

    This will take us automatically to our main dashboard. If we're not signed in it will bring us to the sign-in page, in which case we can refer to the article on how to sign in to Pinterest using the iPhone 6.

    Tap on the head and shoulders icon in the bottom-right corner

    Tap on "Following", which is on the right side near the top

    As we can see, along the top underneath our name and details we have several statistics for our Pins, Likes, Follows, and Following. Tapping on "Following" will open us to our interests as we will see indicated with the three options along the top.

    To unfollow one, tap on it once

    When it has loaded, tap on "Unfollow" near the top-right corner
    .
    We will see that it changes to a red "Follow" button when we've changed it.

    In this example, we'll type in "Plants". As we start typing it loads different suggestions.

    If we know we would like to select a topic, we can skip tapping on the link and tap on the red "+" button to add it to our list
