Steps

    To begin, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the Lock button on the side or the Home button at the bottom

    Swipe and we can enter our passcode or use the fingerprint scanner

    Find the MapMyRun icon, which is this blue and white one with the blue stick man running in the center

    Tap once to open up the app
    .
    We need to be signed into this. If you need help with this, then you can refer to my other video where I talk us through exactly how to do that. For now, this will be our screen when we're signed in.

    Go to the top left-hand corner where we have these three horizontal white lines to bring up this menu
    .
    If we've logged in with email or Facebook, our name and profile picture will be at the top. If we've logged in with Facebook, it will be the same information as our Facebook profile.

    Tap once on our name, and this will take us to our profile
    .
    We can then scroll down and find the average weekly distance, time, calories, all time distance, time, workouts, calories, etc. There is also a graph to show our runs and workouts.

    Then we have things like "FRIENDS", "AWARDS" and "RECENT" runs
    .
    We can simply browse through these. We have "ALL", "RUN". "RIDE", "WALK", etc., depending on which exercise we have logged. We can also scroll down and see more details.

    By pressing "AWARDS", we can also view our awards if we happen to have them
    .
    It will be listed on this screen, which I don't have at the moment.

    Go back by pressing the three horizontal white lines
