   To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the right-hand side

   Alternatively, press the home button at the bottom. This will bring up the lock screen.

   Swipe right and enter the passcode

   Alternatively, press your finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if that option is enabled.

   Find and tap on the eBay icon

   It's a white icon with the word "eBay" in red, blue, yellow and green. This will open up the application.

   We need to tap on the product of the seller we would like to see information about

   We will be taken to the home page, indicated by the blue house icon in the bottom left corner. This shows the Recently Viewed items and eBay Deals. We can search for a product using the bar at the top. Refer to the video on how to search eBay to learn how to do that. For now, we will just tap on a random item on the home page.

   Tapping on the item will take up to the item page where it shows all of the information about it such as prices, reviews, product information and some pictures

   We need to scroll down until we find "About the Seller"

   It has a small circle usually with a profile picture or a white outline of a person. It will have their username and their feedback rating. This seller in particular, has 100% positive feedback.

   Tap on "show more" in blue to load more information about the seller

   It will show the star ratings and the amount of positive, neutral and negative ratings

   We can also ask the seller a question or see their other sales. The arrows on the right side indicate that we will be taken to a new window if we tap on it.

   If we tap on "Recent Feedback", it will take us to their recent feedback

   It will usually say things like "Fast shipping", "great service", etc. A green circle with a white plus sign indicates that it is positive feedback.
