You're watching VisiHow. Today I'm going to show you how you can view your recent workouts on the MapMyRun application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin we need to unlock the phone, which we can do by pressing the Lock button on the side or the Home button at the bottom
.
2
Swipe to enter the passcode or simply use the fingerprint scanner
.
3
Find the MapMyRun icon, which is this blue and white one here, and tap it once to open the app
.
It will automatically take us to this page where we could start to record our workout.
4
What we need is these three horizontal white lines in the top left-hand corner
.
5
Go to our name, which is the first option, and load our profile
.
The circles just mean it's loading the information. We should give it a little time to catch up, as it hasn't finished loading yet.
6
What we need to do is tap on "RECENT" here on the right-hand side
.
7
We see that it brings up a list of recent workouts
.
I've only done two on the MapMyRun application and we see those two runs are logged here.
8
We can then tap on which one we want to view more specific details about that run
.
We can press "RECENT" to go back to our list, which will eventually fill up when we do enough workouts.
9
To go back, tap "Profile", and then the three horizontal white lines, to bring up a menu
.
10
Press "Record a Workout", which is our second option down
.
It will take us back to our screen where we began.
11
There we see, we're back where we started
.
12
This is a VisiHow video and I've just shown you how you can view your recent workouts on the MapMyRun application on the iPhone6
.
