   To begin, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the Lock button on the right-hand side

   Alternatively, press the Home button at the bottom of the screen

   Swipe and enter the Passcode or use the fingerprint scanner

   Find the MapMyRun icon which is blue and white

   Tap once to open it up

   It will take us to this page where we can begin the workout and start to record our details. What we need are these three horizontal white lines in the top left corner.

   Tapping on those will bring up this new menu

   We need to scroll down to the bottom until we find "Settings" which is the second from last option

   On the left side, we have a wheel or a cog which symbolizes "Settings."

   Tap on that and scroll all the way down until we find "Terms of Use," which is in the middle of this last section here

   Press on that and it will load the "Terms of Use" where we can simply scroll through and find exactly what we are looking for

    We can see it's indicated by different titles and we can scroll through until we find what will answer our question

    Go Back by pressing "Settings" in the top left corner

    Then press the three horizontal lines
