Edited by Freya, Rushell, Eng
You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show where to view exercise on the Fitbit application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin, we need unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button or the Home button
.
2
Swipe and enter our pass code or use the fingerprint scanner
.
3
Find the Fitbit icon, which is black with white and gray spots, and tap it once to open up the app
.
We need to be logged in for this to work. To learn how to log in, refer to another video on this website.
4
If we are logged in, we will automatically be taken to a screen that looks very similar to the one in this demonstration, but with different information
.
It shows us today's statistics, exercise, food, and so on.
5
Although the numbers may be different, we need to go the second section with the little man running on the left-hand side
.
Next to that little man icon, we have whatever exercise we did last.
6
When we tap on that section, we will be able to view our calendar at the top
.
7
We can swipe across to view more, and we'll note there are four screens to view at the top, as indicated by the dots toward the middle
.
Those include "Duration", "Distance" and "Calories Burned".
8
We can see what exercises we have added on the bottom half of the screen
.
If we'd like, we can tap on that exercise to find out more information about it.
9
Near the bottom of the screen, it says how many calories we've burned from doing that particular exercise
.
10
Tap on "Exercise" at the top left-hand corner to go back
.
11
Other exercises will be listed on the bottom section if we do more exercise
.
12
Tap on the stopwatch in the top right corner
.
13
On this screen, we can log more exercise if we haven't already
.
We explain how to log exercise in another tutorial, as well as how to track exercise if we want to log that information in present time.
14
For now, just press on the "x" at the top left corner
.
15
Then press on "Dashboard" to return to the screen where we began
.
16
This is a VisiHow video, and we've just shown you how to view your exercise on the Fitbit application on the iPhone 6
.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them to the section below, and we'll do our best to get back to you.
