    To start, unlock your phone by pressing the big round Home button underneath the screen or the Lock button on the right-hand side of the handset

    Simply swipe and enter your passcode, or just hold your finger onto the Home button which also doubles as a fingerprint scanner

    This opens the home screen.

    Tap the icon once to open up the app
    .
    In this example, it is stored in the "Useful" folder. Find the icon which is blue with a silhouette of a person jumping in white, and a grey tab in the top-left corner of the icon. It automatically takes you to the home page which has the calorie amounts, updates and blog posts.

    In the bottom bar, tap on the fourth option "Progress" which is a graph icon

    Tap on that to view your progress. In this example, the graph isn't very interesting because it's not updated a lot.

    Tap "Weight" in the top bar to view other measurements

    Tap "Steps" to view steps, then tap on the check mark

    This will show the steps taken on particular days.

    Tap on "Steps" to change it to something else

    The options are "Waist", "Hips", "Neck", and "Weight", which is the default option, so let's just go back to that for now.

    Next to that on the right, we can change the time scale by tapping on it

    We can choose "6 Months", "1 Year", "1 Week", "1 Month" and so on
