Hi. You're watching VisiHow and today I'm going to show you how you can view your chats on the 'SnapChat' application on the iPhone 6.
Start by unlocking the phone by pressing the 'Lock' button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, you can press the big, round 'Home' button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe and enter the passcode or hold a finger to the 'Home' button to use the fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone.
Find the 'SnapChat' icon, which is yellow with a white 'Ghost' inside.
Tap the icon once to open and be automatically taken to the 'Camera.'
Take a photo to begin chatting or swipe to the 'Camera' to the right to retrieve previous chats.
Each symbol on the left-hand side on the 'SnapChat' chat page indicates the status of a message.
A pink square represents a chat received.
A blue arrow indicates you did not send a reply and the chat has disappeared.
Unfilled squares reveal that the recipient has not replied to your message.
The pink arrow at the bottom marks an unread message.
Click and hold the chat to view it. Viewing the chat changes the status to brown.
Swiping the chat to the right opens the 'Message' window, with the option to send a text message.
To return to the 'SnapChat' message list swipe to the left.
Swipe left again to return to the 'Camera' on the main screen.
This is a VisiHow video and you've been shown how you can view chats on the 'SnapChat' application on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions pop them into the section below. Thank you very much for watching. Bye.
