Edited by Freya, nitid, Eng
You're watching VisiHow. In this video I am going to show you how you can view your calories burned and eaten on the FitBit application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the side or the home button at the bottom to bring up the lock screen
.
2
Swipe to the right and enter the Passcode or use the fingerprint scanner
.
3
Tap once to open the FitBit app
.
4
We can see that it has taken us directly to today's information
.
We need to be logged in to view this and there is another that talks us through how to log in. Our log in information will look different but the page will be the same. We can see "calories burned" is the first option and probably why people are using the application. The demonstrator has 679 calories burned and this is going by the information of the food eaten and the exercise done. It is indicated by a flame on the right-hand side.
5
Tap on "calories burned" to open it and it will break up all of our information from other days and show us which day we are on through the graph
.
It shows us how we are progressing, or getting worse all the time. We can go through and select and view the day, specifically.
6
7
Alternatively, we can view one month
.
8
We can even view three months
.
9
Otherwise we can view one day
.
In this example there isn't much happening today.
10
We can go back to the "Dashboard" by pressing the two arrows in the top, right corner of the screen
.
11
Then press the arrows again to return to the "Calories Burned" graph screen
.
12
Tap on the day to see a detailed graph of the total calories for the day as well
.
Press the two arrows again to go back.
13
Scroll through the information depending on how long the application has been in use
.
The numbers will repeat on the days the application is not in use.
14
Press "Dashboard" on the top, left-hand corner to get back to the summary for "Today."
15
Now press the knife and fork option next to "calories eaten" on the left-hand side
.
This will let us know how many calories we've eaten today.
16
We can see another graph where it shows us the calories eaten today, a summary, and a list of what we've eaten
.
17
We can tap on the food to see the information that has been logged
.
18
We can log more food by pressing the plus "+" in the top, right-hand corner and that is taught in another video
.
Those are calories eaten in comparison to calories burned.
19
Press "Dashboard" to get back to where we began
.
20
This is a VisiHow video and I've just shown you where you can view your calories burned and eaten on the FitBit application on the iPhone 6
.
If you have any questions or comments feel free to add them to the section below and we'll do our best to get back to you.
