    From the home screen, tap on the Clock application

    Now, tap on "Stopwatch"

    It's going to be the second icon from the right on the bottom side of the screen.

    You can tap on the "Start" function for Stopwatch

    You can also tap on "Lap"
    .
    Whenever you are running around a track, you can tap on the "Lap" button each time you pass a lap. Stopwatch will record how many seconds it took you to complete that.
