Steps

    To access and use the keyboard shortcut, press and hold the Windows key.

    Then, press the "+" key to zoom in, or the "-" key to zoom out.

    The magnifier bar will appear and the window should have changed. We can also change the rate by which the magnifier zooms in or out.

    To do this, press the Options button, which looks like a gear symbol.

    Then we have to move the slider to set how much the view changes when zooming in or out. For the best performance with the keyboard shortcut, it is recommended to keep it at 25%. Press "OK".
