Steps

    Make sure that your TV has HDMI-CEC feature

    Go to your PlayStation 4 (PS4) and turn it on

    Go to Settings then scroll down and look for System and select

    TV Device list
    Once it has been enabled, go to your television tools and look for device list

    In the device list, you should be able to see PlayStation 4 in the list and and start navigating the Apps in your PlayStation 4 system.
