- 4My Google Maps application is in the Travel folder, so we will open that. Locate and tap on the Google Maps icon. The icon is actually very colorful and looks like a miniature version of a map with a small Google G in the top left corner.I have all of my applications sorted in folders to be a bit more organized.

The iPhone is American, and the primary language is actually English. Therefore, my accent is not that difficult for the microphone to pick up and understand. However, if you do have an accent or are from another country, it might be well advised to very clearly enunciate what you are searching for. It is still something they are continuing to develop with this application, helping the microphone to understand better. You are watching VisiHow, and I've just shown you how to use voice search to find a location on Google Maps on the iPhone 6. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the section below. You have to remember to enunciate quite clearly when using the voice recorder.
